Hi !
My name is Katie and I have a Godson/great nephew (that has been
homebound with me most of his life...and I might add. (that he is my
heart! lol). He is 2 years old and has a list of health problems.
Besides the secondary skin infections - he is allergic to so many
things....
in food they are: wheat,soy,milk,peanuts,beef,eggs, gosh the rest leave
me at this moment.
 This has been so very difficult in preparing meals for him.... I am
really at a lost as to what to do next to help him have a greater
variety of foods.
 I would greatly appreciate any info that one might share.... I would
love to have some sort of bread substitute for him....
