I noticed there were no mixtures containing amaranth or quinoa on the
list Candice posted.  I wonder why.  I know these flours are expensive,
but you can't beat them for nutrition.  How many of you use these
grains?  If you don't use them, why not?  If you do, what uses do you
find are best for them, and for what do they not work well?
