There are hundreds of microbreweries across the country. why don't beer
drinkers try and get some of them to come up with a gluten free beer? If it
can be made in Denmark it should be possible to make it here.
I have always disliked beer so it does not bother me that I cannot have  it
but a lot of people seem to miss it a lot.
