Hello listers in the groups I m publishing to;
It seems that uswest is having some problems and I am not sure that I am
getting
all the groups I have subscribed to. As a result, I think I am missing
out on some
of the Discussions. This message is partly a test and partly
notification to the various
list owners (none of whom I happen to have addresses on) that a problem
may be
happening.
