I've installed a few logic boards in the past and all has gone well.
Recently, I tried to install a MS - 5156 logic board w/cyrix 233 in my
case and it will not post.

I set it up on the table (on a nonconductive pad) and it posts. I put
back in the case and no post. I narrowed it down to the mounting screw
hole by the keyboard connector. If this screw is in it will not post.
Works fine with the screw out.

My question is, do I need to install somekind of washer on the screw, or
is this unusual, and I should replace the board. I've never seen this
before, and I've duplicated it on two other of the same boards.

Thanks,
Julie
