Kevin,

If you backed up your original BIOS to a file, you can restore it by
flashing the BIOS with that file just as you did with the newer version. If
you didn't back it up, many motherboard manufacturers have earlier versions
of their BIOS revisions posted on their website. If you remember the number
of your old revision, just download it and flash it as before.

You should always back up the old version in case there is a problem. If the
flash utility didn't offer an option for this, there are third party
utilities that will.
