My family doctor thinks I may have IBS as well as dairy
allergy/intolerance. I also had a foot of bowel removed because of
diverticulitis. That last foot seemed to be the one which allowed me to eat
spices and fruits. Suddenly I started having trouble with both. I don't
know if it really is IBS that causes the problem but the symptoms are
similar to LI in certain respects. However, I don't think that dairy
activates IBS. I'm willing to be proven wrong though.....
