Denise,
      I am typing this with headwand.  Last October my doctor tried me
on oral Baclofen.  I started having accidents before Mom could pulled my
pants down.  I am now on Zanaflex which is so-so.  But I just wanted to
say, I won't even consider being cut open for a pump.
