NT4 has problem with any IDE harddisk larger than 8G, unless you have service
pack4 installed.
All you need to do is go to microsoft site, download Service Pack 4 ATAPI file
on a floopy disk. When you install NT, use those 3 setup floppy disks to boot
computer (don't boot from NT CD!!!), when it asks storage device, don't hit
"enter", press "S", then "S" again, NT will ask the the floppy disk you just
downloaded...
Microsoft has a detailed info about how to work around.
