The only time I had a similar problem with an HP printer was when they had
shipped a bunch of  bad cartridges.  Every time I printed Yellow it printed
green.  Hp had filled all of the yellow  tanks with green.  I tried to
return the faulty cartridge back to the store I bought it from but it was
past the return date.  I called HP and they shipped me two new cartridges
for my trouble.  I had to check the colors in the tanks to find the problem.
This may not be your problem but it is worth a try.
