The Asus P55T2P4 has an Intel HX chipset, so there
isn't the 64MB cache limitation. However, depending on
the board's revision #, it may not support certain cache
modules.

What RAM configuration are you using (memory chips per
SIMM, density, etc.)? Is the new RAM truly running 60ns?

Is the correct Tag SRAM installed? Is the jumper set
properly. Do you have an extended tag AND another one
in the upgrade socket, too (not advised)? Are all cache
chips rated at 15ns or faster?

Is CMOS configured properly for optimal memory access?

Are your Win95 settings optimal?

These are just a few things to check. Consulting the
motherboard manual again may also be helpful.
