Jose,

Look in your registry using Regedit at this key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\Class\Modem\0000\Init

This is where the Intialization string is on my system, Win98.   Your's should be
there or in a higher key set in this area.
