Thank you for the info....hmm how do we Know what our ancestors ate...is
this a "general " statement...like what types of food were eaten in
North America before the days of food processing and refining as well as
additives????? Like a "whole food" way of eating minus grains, casein,
sugar , sorry for all the questions..is there a book that explains Paleo
way of eating

Thank s I will again remove dairy
So glad your Arthritis went away, 20 is very young to be diagnosed ..I
was 35 at DX
