My brother is on a hi carb, very low fat, diet and apparently healthy
except for allergies and some dizziness like vertigo. I mean, he has no
cancer, heart disease, etc and is 44 years old, very energetic, happy, etc.

I was trying to tell him about HG diet and he laughed at me last night (again)

Does anyone know of a brief explanation of the HG diet that might convince
him? I 'm afraid he will not be convinced until he is very sick with a
serious and life threatening degenerative disease.

I need something that is about one or two typed pages talking about
Neanderthin/HG diet.

He won't take the time to read a paleo website. I need something short and
to the point. I gave him Neanderthin for a birthday present and he did not
read it.

I told him that HG diet can alleviate or cure many degenerative diseases
and he laughed at me and said, "Says who?"

He has seen the progress of my son, severely injured by the MMR, on a lo
carb diet but won't admit it is the diet. He thinks I am nuts to have my
dyslexic daughter, also injured by the MMR, on a paleo type diet. She has
progressed remarkably as well.

I would like to help him PREVENT disease, before he gets sick with
degenerative disease.

Any ideas?

Mary

My sister in law had a near heart attack and also has vertigo and similarly
thinks HG diet is crazy, drs have her on "lo fat" diet. What to do?
