I am suspicious about allergies but I stopped all dairy in Jan 97. So, this
most recent "attack", if I can call it that, can't be due to dairy. I know
I have accidentally taken some dairy via foods which either I didn't
realize had milk or I was just sloppy in checking. That wouldn't explain my
most recent sleep apnea problem. (Pollution is more likely the cause for
me.) On the other hand, dairy can be quite a catalyst for bad things. In my
case, sinus infections were frequent (4 per year for 2 years). And that
doesn't count the other symptoms and a general sense of feeling poorly
(like a low grade flu). All that being said, the short answer is "yes" <g>.
