Hello:

My name is April and I've been on this list off and on for about the last 2
years. (Mail, No-mail, mail, no-mail :)  My 10 year old autistic daughter
was taken off dairy products several years ago and hasn't had an ear
infection or excema since.  Personally, I don't think humans were MEANT to
consume cow's milk.

Reading labels has become a natural part of life for me.
