There are two ways to access the archives:

(1) Using the web. Start from the cover page at:

  http://maelstrom.stjohns.edu/archives/no-milk.html

(2) Using e-mail. Craft a query like this in the body of a message:

search NAET in no-milk

and send to [log in to unmask]

This will produce a listing of the hits. To get full text of all hits send
in this command (which must be on one line, or break into two repeating the
words at the beginning):

GETPOST NO-MILK 5766 5775 5790 5792-5796 5798 5807-5808 6378 6383-6384
