I've dealt with reflux with my son for eight years.  He has even had three
hours of surgery for reflux and probably a dozen endoscopies over the years.

Rather than fooling around with Lactaid and stuff it sounds like the girl
needs another endoscopy to see if something else is going on.  Or even a
second peds GI opinion.
