This is my first post. I went for allergy testing last week after years of
putting up with mucus in my throat after eating meals. I have a long list of
allergens. Milk is one, but casein (chesse) is not. My doc said I should be
able to have milk made from dry milk. Is this because I am negative on
casein? Does this make any sense to any of you that have more experience with
milk allergies? I have to avoid a long list of foods, but the nurse mentioned
that milk can cause a lot of mucus. Oh, and I was allergic to milk as a baby.
