Thanks everybody for your answers. We did tell the docs about
the bumps and diarrhea and they suggested we wait for a few
days, then give him milk again at home to see if this was
really the cause. I haven't given him any milk again as I
am scared to cause a serious reaction at home. Is there a
way I can test at home with a lower risk? Like a skin test
or something?

Thanks again,

Angela
