I agree.

It lists no dairy ingredients, but, as far as I could tell, is not labeled
pareve.

According to http://www.utj.org/business/home/pubs/knexus/knv2n1.html,

"Mazola Margarine ceased its affiliation with the O-U on July 1, 1994. Any
packages with an O-U on them are acceptable, as they were produced prior to
July 1. Packages currently carry a plain K. As far as the Kosher Nexus can
tell, there is no certifying agency."


I was surprised to find out that beta carotene can be derived from milk.
