In keeping with the List's policy of avoiding self promotions in which
there is a financial interest, I am forwarding this request for
information.

Please reply directly to Terri. When it is published, I will make an
announcement on the List.

I'd like to communicate with other parents of celiac children and those
with related food allergies who might be interested in sharing their
experiences, helpful tips and ideas for a book I'm working on for Savory
Palate, a publisher of celiac and other food allergy books. The idea is
to make this a helpful "field guide" type book that would help families
deal with everyday things like restaurant outings, birthday parties and
picnics.

I have a six year old celiac and I'm drawing a lot from our experiences
with him, but it would be great to have other insights and experiences,
too. Thanks! Please reply directly to me and not cel-kids. I will share
with the group a summary of any useful tips and information anyone sends
me, as well.
