Trisha,
I don't know about the first question except that it outrages me as
well.  Jesus never wanted his followers to be dominators, yet that's
what we have become, and tried to become...    The second question i am
more familiar with... And yes you can be placed in a nursing facility
against your will.  if the wife can not take care of him, and if Ohio
does not allow H.H.A. and P.C.A. aides to attend to him... there is a
federal bill that is being debated now, called MiCASA that would allow
him to stay out of the nursing home and get his nursing needs at home...
There is an even more important piece of legislation which Sen. Lott of
MS is holding up... The WIIA will make it possible for me and all the
other people with disabilities to buy our coverage from the federal
programs and state programs so that we can work and keep our medical
supplements... that is the most important legislation since the ADA...
