Hi Albert,

> Can I arrange for two desk tops or something and if so how do I do that?

The good news is - yes you can, if you have Windows 95 or above.

The bad news is that I can't give you exact steps right now, as I have a
huge print job running on my system, and dare not stop it. Plus, it's not
running in 98 either.

It all has to do with setting up "User Profiles", so perhaps you might be
able to make a start by looking that subject up in the Windows Help on the
Start menu. You might also look under "Passwords", as you will end up
having these when you start up.
