when they were still testing out designs, RFB&D solicited my advice on the
accessibility of their web-based interface, but since very little of my
feedback was heeded, i decided -- for my own sanity's sake, as well as that of
other RFB&D users, that i'd incorporate my suggestions into an alternative
interface....
