  No.  It is not sufficiently compatible with a floppy drive for this to work.

  The "tools" disk should include a DOS program called "guest.exe" which
detects the drive, assigns it a drive letter, and goes resident as a driver
for it.  If it's not there, check around on www.iomega.com.
