I don't think JOIN is recommended/supported in Win 9x. NT is able to do
something similar through its Disk Administrator utility, but it's dangerous.
Thing is, the 8GB limit isn't on partition *size*, it's on parts of the
disk that can be seen by stuff that supports FAT (except FAT32X, which is
supposed to get around it). So JOIN, even if it worked, wouldn't fix it.
