I'm not very convinced about the concept of
"detoxifying" symptoms, but I did have the following experience
when converting to Low carb/ Paleo
First was cravings for high carb foods such as bread and such.
After a while the cravings went away.
Second was constipation due to a high meat diet. I drink
lots of water and when on super low carb, take a herbal
laxative and vitamins. Now it's not a problem.
