I've given some to this root thing.  The modern roots
such as a good o'l Idaho potato is nothing like
what HG's dug up.  The roots here in Utah are
tiny fibrous things.  I've eaten lots of Cattail roots
and they are eaten by chewing on the baked root
and spitting out the fiber ball.  You have to eat a whole
arm load of Cattail roots to equal on potato.

As far as being PC (Palo.Correct) an occasional
potato is fine, but it better be small.
