Help! I quit dairy about a week ago and have been sticking to a
paleo/neanderthin diet, with limited amounts of LC fruit. Last three or
four days I've been very tired early at night and have had a bit of
brain fog, hard to function.

Perhaps my electrolytes are again out of kilter (they were when I
started LC Atkins but my body got used to things.) I drink 4 to 6 quarts
of water each day, have been eating veggies and meat/fish/poultry/eggs
each meal. Perhaps I need more sodium? Any ideas? Thanks.
