Are psyllium husks on the paleo diet, I thought this was a grain.

Also, what can you do if you have constipation? My son has it really bad on
this high fat diet and I am worried.

How much risk is there of a colon/intestines bursting? Also, does chronic
constipation lead to diverticulitis?
