It seems to me that I had this problem a long time. I started to read
information on yeast/candida and decided that I had to do something about
it. I am trying to be on the paleo-style diet. I am affraid that I still
don't know much about it. I am learning and enjoying every post that is
posted to the list the I joined about two weeks ago. You can say that I am
a newbie here. Thanks to all for the information.

I was just treated for sinus infection, which made my intestine more
sensative to any kind of sugar foods, such as: fruits, meat. I cannot eat
dairy, any gluten foods or yeast without getting sick for days. My diet at
the moment is: a lot of boston salad, red leafy salad, hard boiled eggs,
sardines, water packed tuna and salmom.

Thank so very much for your advice on drinking tea. I made myself a cup of
steaming hot Pepperment tea, as soon as I drank it my stomach started to
feel refreshed. Thanks a million for making feel better instantly.
