I have found that usually when you have CP its easy to notice
others in a crowd who have it. I am not sure if anyone has noticed
before but this is just my observation. That most people who have
cerebral palsy tend to talk like they are exhausted. When they talk they
sound very winded and usually this helps me notice them out of a crowd.
Anyone else see this?
