Go to a health food store and get the homeopathic remedy VERATRUM ALB 30C
--TAKE 2 PILLS UNDER THE TONGUE EVERY 2 HRS OR AS NEEDED.  Stops diarrhea,
vomitting, nausea, cramping COLD!!  It is perfectly safe.  My md/homeopath
recommended it and it works.  I carry it with me at all times just in case.

I keep around crystallized ginger and papain pills (NatureMade) and peelu gum
has a gf gum for digestion with papain.  I also take GasX.
