1 1/2 cups brown rice flour
3/4 cups tapioca flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp xanthum gum
Cut into flour mix with pastry blender:
3/4 c shortening or butter
Blend in small bowl then add to flour/shortening mixture:
1 egg
2 T lemon juice
2 T cold water
Use tapicoa flour to sprinkle onto waxed paper,then roll out ball of dough
using tapicoa flour to keep the rolling pin from sticking.
Turn upside down onto 9-inch pie pan and patch or trim as necessary.Will
make 3 single shells,rolled thinly.Bake at 450o for 10-12 min for pie
shells...
