I forgot to tell you that since xanthan gum is a corn product
derivitive, if you are allergic to corn you will react. Also, if you are
allergic to yeast/mold, the corn is fermented during the process to make
the gum, so you will react. I have both these allergies, so that is
probably why I had this reaction.  Rosalie(NJ)
