This is not a religion. What's all this "believe" stuff. We don't determine
the presence of gluten by faith. What are your sources that mustard (esp.
Frenchs) is "loaded with gluten?"

Again, what are your sources here?

Several people who have studied this subject intensively insist that all
commercially grown oats are contaminated with gluten. Furthermore, I
discovered I was celiac because of my reaction to oatmeal for breakfast.

We don't trust our "gut feelings" here because, due to the common "leaky
gut" problem, so many of us may be intolerant to other substances than
gluten. Sometimes many other substances. -vance
