This sounds like the cause of this could be a number of things.

1. Excess heat. Check your temperature inside your case. Make sure
   your  chip is recieving plenty of air.Check fan for dust clogging
    it's vent.
 2. Faulty memory chips. Swap memory slots with existing
     ram chips.  Swap out memory chips with same type of ram chips
     one by one. Reboot after each swapout and see if there is any
     difference in performance.
3. Look where your mobo is mounted. Carefully verify that the mobo
    isn't touching your case.You should have at least1 mounting screw
    acting as a ground.( The mounting hole with the circular metal
    surface )

(Make sure you are properly grounded and no static electricity
before doing any of the above. PLEASE!)
