I don't think that this is possible unless you Format your HD and re-install
Win98 Full.
This is because when you try to install Win98, it sees your MBR indicating
that you do have Win98 installed.
There might be some hope (if you want to retain your individual program
settings).
FDISK with the /MBR option and RENAME your current win98 directory to anything
else.  Try running the installation.  IF the installation process still
detects the old Win98 directory, and refuses to proceed, you'd have no choice
but to delete the old Win98 Directory.
Ensure that you have a working bootable floppy, of course.
