I have a Zip Drive that has the COD (Click of Death).
It began as rare occasional access problems, that along the months became
more and more frequent. Today, it is practically useless, even with new
medias.

I have friends that have it, and have no problems at all.

In the US, IOMEGA has a bad reputation for its support and services.

For many purposes I now use a CD-R, although this is not a full solution
for me.
