  Your odds are somewhat better with the Abit BH6, because it lets
you adjust the CPU voltage.  Most BX boards don't; some people have
found that tweaking the voltage up or down slightly gives a more
stable overclocked system.

  Correct.  This is the overclock; Intel certifies these CPUs only at
66 MHz.

  Non-certified RAM *might* work, but if you have to buy it anyway,
you might as well get stuff that's certified.

  A lot of people have succeeded in doing this.
