Well you could reboot , press f8, boot to a dos prompt and type format c:
I never used NT but thats how I would do it in 95.

I have a machine   NT 4.0 Server   get rid of it,
Simple enough,  blah,
blah, and etc.

 NT will not let you boot  makes sense

 WinNT list, Anyone know  #@!#$! ?
