Yes, a floppy disk can be realigned, BUT... if you don't have the
tools and software to do it yourself, then the cost of repair
will most likely exceed the cost of replacement.

Most repair shops around this area have a minimum repair charge
of $35-50US... a new floppy is about the same - or less if you shop
around.
