i wouldn't limit the amount of meat.  eat as much meat as you want too.  you
might want to limit your fruit intake, to maximize weight loss.  also, some
people find that eating lots of nuts hinders weight loss.  others, it
doesn't bother them.  you'll have to see how it works for you personally.
be sure to eat lots of veggies with the meat.  they're low in sugars (except
maybe carrots), and you really do need the fiber and nutrients.
drink lots of water.

btw- don't go on an all-meat diet.  this may be tempting, as it will help
you take off weight, but i have heard that this can leave you unable to
digest vegetation in the future.
