It would be easier to boot from a floppy and use a disk editor
like Norton Disk Editor...
I never looked for this type of information on a disk, and
would not know what I should see...
Interesting question.
I'm not sure, but I think she might have lost BIOS (hardware)
access to the disk also. The BIOS has to be right for
the DDO to use software to access the drive.
