        I know the fruit we used to eat had a lot more fiber than
sweeter, domesticated varieties.  I wouldn't worry too much about it,
though.  Fiber sounds so Harvey Kellog in his quest for berfect bowels.
I know that it's supposed to be healthy, but  think we can get enough
through our consumption of vegitation.  And I do drink unfiltered prunce
juice on occasion.
