Several of the women I am acquainted with, both in real-time and cyber
friendships, have recently either lost their gall bladders, or would LIKE to
lose their gall bladders. These women, all 35 and up in age, are all lowfat,
high carb dieters. One was on Medifast (liquid protein) for only five weeks
before the gall bladder attacks began to hit. None were the least interested
in LowCarb dieting. The glib description of a typical gall bladder patient
is "female, fat, and forty."
