i haven't had any more problems and thanks for your good suggestions. i'm
trying to eat alot more foods with potassium, ie- dried apricots, raisins,
V-8 juice. according to _Paleolithic Prescription_ ,we should be taking in
quite a lot of potassium, in relation to the amount of sodium taken in, i
think they said like a 10:1 ratio.

Gary- i tried your suggestion about adding cheese. (i already drink tons of
water). i made some chicken and put parmesan all over it, it being the only
kind of cheese i had in the house. tasted good, but the next day, i was UP
4 POUNDS! guess what Ray and Troy say in the Book about going off
neanderthin, even a little bit is true.

Muriel- i do like salt, so maybe i should remember to salt the food a bit
first, which i wasn't doing a all. my BP is generally low, 100/60, 110/70
range.

Hans- it was sort of like how you described it, like 3 or 4 good
heartbeats, then a long pause, and then the next heartbeat being noticably
stronger after the pause. but since it has settled down, i'll quit worrying.

thanks, everyone.

JoAnn.
