It doesn't sound like 6500 calories. It sounds like 2500. Maybe 2000.
If I eat 6500 calories a day will I gain weight? Will I lose the same at
2000 calories to 6500 calories provided I'm never hungry?
I'm a little worried about this thing about eating as much as I want. I'm
concerned I'll eat way too much. I'm 6'6" tall and feel like I've been
eating like a bird the last few weeks on Atkins even though my wife thinks
I've been eating a lot. And yet I'm stuck. Today I'm doing the one thing
that ever seems to work anymore: The Atkins Fat Fast (1000 calories a
day, 90% fat). So I wonder about my metabolism being whacked and maybe
the fat fast is the last thing I should try.
