I like Sylvan Farms "Classic Dark" bread mix. It's made with brown
rice, bean flour, and amaranth bran, so the glycemic index is lower
than the usual white rice/potato starch breads. The Gluten-Free Mall
carries their stuff.
Since I don't eat much bread, I like to cook it in hamburger roll pans
(Gluten Free Pantry sells them) and then freeze the rolls to use one
at a time as needed.
